During our corporate retreats, we offer a combination of service opportunities and team building experiences that encourage corporate comradery and cooperation. Teams are stationed at Mision El Faro, and they spend several days working in the surrounding area to provide support for local communities. Service projects are selected based on the giftings and skill set of your corporate team. The remaining days of corporate retreats are focused on team building experiences on site at Mision El Faro that allow your company to root in core values, and create a cohesive, healthy culture amongst coworkers that will transcend your experience to make a positive impact on your work-place dynamic.
