Boris & Nela Canahui
This is the Canahui family. Boris was born in San Miguel Chicaj, and his wife was born in Cali, Colombia. They met in Nicaragua while studying the Bible for one year and decided to join their lives to serve better and expand the kingdom of God. Boris loves teaching seminars about the Bible and working with kids while Manuela loves leading worship and disciplining teens and adults. Together their goal is to see that God ́s word is understood and His Character and Nature is not misrepresented. They have been in missions for more than five years and have served in Colombia, Nicaragua and now their focus is Guatemala.
Vision: To see the nations changed through the truth of the Bible, starting in their nations. Soon they plan to pioneer a six month intensive Bible course in cities and rural areas in Guatemala. For now, they are committed to hosting seminars for churches to teach about the central doctrines of the Bible, hand out Bibles in rural areas with the goal that one day every home would have a Bible, and a lot of kids ministries with the idea of redeeming the young ones for Christ because of this the young generation will be the ones to mold the nation in the next decade.
