Leadership Training
After graduating from seminary in 1993, Pier began dedicating himself to leadership training. Since then, he has played an active role in developing Bible institutes, teaching, counseling, and organizing pastors’ seminars and conferences throughout Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
Pier and Mimi’s primary focus is to equip pastors and church leaders in Guatemala and Honduras with practical tools, encouragement, counseling, networking opportunities, and ongoing support. Many of these leaders serve in rural communities and are bi-vocational, balancing ministry with other work to provide for their families. Often without access to formal training, they must develop their skills through self-study while navigating the complex and demanding path of Christian leadership.
Through their commitment and compassion, Pier and Mimi seek to strengthen, empower, and walk alongside these leaders—helping them grow in confidence, competence, and faithfulness as they serve their communities.
