“We come for encounter”

~Someone asked once what the difference is between missions and humanitarian work. At a glance they can often look similar: We build houses, we deliver much-needed necessities, we empower those we serve with life-changing skills that help them change patterns and rise out of poverty, but to us, the main difference is found in the motivation. At IMN our motivation with missions is to create spaces for an encounter with God. Ministry is a perfect vehicle for encounters! All we do, we do to open doors for those we serve to be met with the simple and overwhelming love of God that brings true transformation and restoration to all who desire to know Him.

We encourage you to carry that mindset with you as well within your own mission field, wherever that may be, whatever that may look like, and to never shy away from the chance to encounter our omnipotent and loving God.
