~We are Rich and Cherry Smith, missionaries to Antigua, Guatemala and the surrounding communities. In addition to making disciples through youth/young adult ministry and hosting interns/teams, we work with Global Action, an organization dedicated to training national leaders and pastors in developing countries. We facilitate a training program in Guatemala called Glomos. Training national leaders in the truth of scripture is something we feel very passionately about! We see the consequences every day of false doctrines or simply a lack of knowledge and understanding of who God really is and what His word truly teaches us. When pastors and leaders spend time studying God’s Word with great teachers and excellent materials it’s life changing!
We love equipping these pastors and leaders with resources to reach their communities by helping meet physical needs along with the hope and love of the Gospel! Making Disciples by Training leaders and pastors in the love and truth of Christ is our passion and primary ministry here. ~
